These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Broadway SecureTech (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the customer (“you”, “your”).

By using our website, requesting a quotation, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We provide IT support, managed services, cybersecurity, consultancy, installation, and related technology services as agreed in writing (including quotations, emails, or service agreements).

We will use reasonable care and skill in delivering all services, in accordance with accepted UK industry standards.

While we take reasonable steps to protect systems and data, no technology or security solution can guarantee complete protection against all risks.

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

Where we process personal data on your behalf, you remain the Data Controller, and we act as a Data Processor, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information obtained during the provision of services, unless disclosure is required by law.


9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.


10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including power failures, internet outages, supplier failures, or acts of government.

All intellectual property created by us during the provision of services remains our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.


12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
